Founder & Managing Director

Ms. Pat Yeoh brings over 30 years of deep corporate and consulting experience across some of the world's most respected organisations. She began her career at ExxonMobil, where she honed her expertise in large-scale payroll operations and HR administration, before moving to Arthur Andersen — one of the global Big Five accounting and consulting firms — where she advised multinational corporations on workforce, tax, and organisational strategy across the region.
In 1998, drawing on those decades of frontline experience, she founded PM Resources Sdn Bhd with a singular mission: to give Malaysian businesses — of every size — access to the same calibre of people-management expertise previously reserved for large multinationals. Today, PM Resources serves over 500 organisations across Malaysia, delivering payroll outsourcing, HR solutions, accounting services, and HRD Corp accredited training programs.
An expert trainer in her own right, Ms. Pat Yeoh is a certified facilitator in HR, payroll compliance, and tax management, regularly conducting public and in-house training programs accredited by HRD Corp. Her practical, no-nonsense approach to workforce management has earned her the trust of clients across industries from financial services and manufacturing to technology and professional services.
